Shipping Policy

We ship orders within the United States only.

Order Processing Time Orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time does not include weekends or US public holidays.

Shipping Time Standard shipping normally takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery time is estimated and not guaranteed, subject to courier delays, weather or logistics exceptions.

Shipping Cost Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination and total weight of your order.

Tracking Information Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. You may track your package via the courier website.

Delivery Issues Please inspect your delivery address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages caused by incorrect addresses provided by customers. If your package shows delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 calendar days. We will assist you to open an investigation with the shipping carrier.

Restrictions We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
